Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using AxonBOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a binding legal agreement between you and Atrinomy Tech Pvt Ltd, a private technology company incorporated in India and headquartered in Bangalore (the "Company").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use AxonBOS.

2. The Service

AxonBOS provides an AI-powered Digital Employee platform that assists with business operations, financial management, compliance, and decision-making. The Service operates through:

• Conversational AI (chat interface)
• Connectors to third-party tools (Tally, banks, payment gateways, accounting software, etc.)
• Automated business workflows and reports
• Personal business memory and intelligence

All connectors require explicit user authorization. AxonBOS does not automatically access your business systems.

3. Account and Authentication

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AxonBOS. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and authorized to enter into this agreement.

Registration

Account creation requires an Indian mobile phone number. Authentication is via One-Time Password (OTP) delivered via SMS. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and OTP confidential. AxonBOS does not store passwords.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at rajkumar@axonintel.tech.

4. Prepaid Recharge Model

How It Works

AxonBOS operates on a prepaid recharge model. You recharge your account with a minimum of ₹49. Each AI prompt costs between ₹0.001 and ₹20 depending on complexity (simple queries cost less, complex analysis costs more).

Billing and Refunds

• Non-Refundable After Use: Once you use recharge balance for AI queries, that amount is non-refundable
• Unused Balance Refund: Unused recharge balance can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus any processing fees
• Bonus Credits: Any promotional bonus credits are non-refundable and expire as specified at the time of promotion
• No Partial Refunds: Refunds for unused balance are processed as a lump sum, not pro-rata

Payment Methods

We accept UPI, credit cards, and debit cards via secure payment gateways. All payments are processed immediately and are final.

5. Managed Service

For users requiring dedicated support, managed service is available at ₹50,000 per month with a minimum 1-year commitment. Managed service is governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between you and the Company. Managed service terms supersede these Terms of Service where they conflict.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data, documents, and information you provide to AxonBOS. The Company does not claim ownership, copyright, or exclusive rights to your data.

By using AxonBOS, you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your data for the purpose of delivering the Service and maintaining conversation continuity.

You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements (GST records, tax compliance, etc.).

7. AI-Generated Outputs

Assistance, Not Advice

All AI-generated content (analyses, recommendations, reports, calculations) is assistance only, not professional advice. The AI may make errors, hallucinate facts, or miss nuances. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.

Five-Stage Verification

Every output touching your data goes through a five-stage verification process:

• Stage 1: Schema validation (does the AI reference tables and columns that actually exist?)
• Stage 2: Field matching (are the data types correct?)
• Stage 3: Tax rule enforcement (does the output comply with GST, TDS, income tax rules?)
• Stage 4: Confidence scoring (how certain is the AI about this output?)
• Stage 5: Human approval (you must explicitly confirm before the output modifies your data)

No Automatic Execution

AI-generated write operations (creating records, modifying accounts, posting entries) are never executed automatically. You must review and approve each operation before it touches your data.

8. Connected Systems and Authorization

When you authorize AxonBOS to connect to external systems (Tally, bank accounts, Razorpay, Google Drive, etc.), you grant permission to:

• Read: Retrieve data from the connected system
• Write (with approval): Create or modify data, subject to your explicit per-action approval

You can disconnect any integrated system at any time. Upon disconnection, cached data is purged immediately, and no further access is permitted.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use AxonBOS to access data you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access restricted features
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code
• Use AxonBOS for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activity (money laundering, fraud, GST evasion, etc.)
• Harass, abuse, or interfere with other users
• Automate access or create bots that bypass the API
• Store or transmit malware or harmful code

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

10. Service Availability

AxonBOS is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may experience outages due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (communicated with 48-hour notice where possible)
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party connector outages (Tally server down, bank API unavailable, etc.)
• Force majeure events

We maintain status updates at status.axonbos.com. For planned maintenance, we provide advance notification.

11. Limitation of Liability

Excluded Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in AI-generated outputs that you approved
• Third-party connector outages or failures (Tally crashes, bank API unavailable, etc.)
• Your misuse of AxonBOS features
• Lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages
• Force majeure events (earthquakes, wars, pandemics, etc.)

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before relying on them. The Company provides tools and verification mechanisms, but final responsibility for your business decisions rests with you.

12. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not court proceedings. Both parties agree to submit to arbitration in Bangalore, India, conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All proceedings are conducted in English.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting rajkumar@axonintel.tech. This step is a condition precedent to arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of AxonBOS after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Non-material changes take effect immediately.
