The system identifies what is being asked — data query, action request, advisory question — and routes to the correct processing path.

Relevant data is pulled from connected systems — Tally ledgers, attendance records, vendor invoices — with source metadata preserved.

Schema Validation

Retrieved data is validated against the known schema. Mismatches, missing fields, and outliers are flagged before processing continues.

The response is tested against your configured business rules — approval limits, compliance constraints, policy thresholds.

A confidence score is assigned to the response. Responses below the threshold are not delivered — they trigger an escalation.
